Would you ingest anything that was said to contain helpful Nanotech?

Nonoites are machines that operate at the microscopic level. They would mine and process whatever they were designed for. It is possible nanotech would combine with other designs
to preform an alternate function that no single nanoite could handle.
Assume nanotech could help us process foods that would otherwise
have potential discomfort (i.e, beans,
coconut meat, etc.)

    Yes! I know it may sound creepy, but if there were some “machine” that was able to help “clean” my system, I’d be game. I would be even more on board if the “machines” had a predetermined life-span.
